It is a famous Hindu pilgrimage destination where thousands of tourists and pilgrims come every year to seek the blessings of Lord Shiva. It is famous for the Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva which is a scenic spot situated against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range.
Start your Kedarnath package from Mumbai by boarding a flight to Dehradun from Mumbai.
As you arrive in Dehradun, you will be greeted by our representative who will drive you towards Guptkashi via Moolgarh & Lambgoan.
En route, you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi, visit ArdhNarishwar Temple in Guptakashi.
Check in to your hotel in Guptakashi and get freshened up. Later, have a delicious dinner and retire for the day. Overnight stay at the hotel in Guptakashi.
Wake up early and have a delicious breakfast.
Head towards Sonprayag where your trekking to Kedarnath will start.
Trek to Kedarnath is 16 km. Reach Gaurikund from Sonprayag.
Gaurikund to Jungle Chatti is 4 kilometres trek by the Rambara Bridge
Jungle Chatti to Bheembali is 3 kilometres trek
Bheembali to Linchauli is 4 kilometers trek
Linchauli to Kedarnath Base Camp is 4 kilometres trek
Kedarnath Base Camp to Kedarnath Temple 1 kilometres trek.
Overnight stay at Kedarnath with dinner.
Wake up early and have a delicious breakfast.
Head back towards Sonprayag by the same route. You can also rent a pony or Palanquin for your comfort.
You will be transferred to Guptakashi from Sonprayag.
Reach back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
After having breakfast in the hotel, check out and travel back to Dehradun.
As you reach, get dropped off at the Dehradun Airport.

Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woolens during winter and light woolens during summer, walking boots, rain proof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses. Guests are advised to bring heavy woollen clothes if they are visiting Lachen and Lachung as these areas of Northern Sikkim remain very cold throughout the year.
30% of the total package amount has to be done in advance to confirm the package. Bookings will not be processed without advance payment. Rest of the payment must be cleared at the time of arrival, either in our office or our representatives will be there at NJP Rly Station / Bagdogra Airport / Phuentsholling to collect the payment. Only cash /Demand draft drawn in the favour of Yarokisawari Travels Siliguri will be accepted, Cheques will not be acceptable. In case payment is done through credit card 3% extra is chargeable. (No compromise on this) Kindly share your arrival details such as train /flight no etc. so that we can plan the schedule accordingly.
As there is a shortage of space for car parking in the entire Sikkim & Darjeeling region – guests will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers.
In this sector the same vehicles will not be provided for the entire tour, it will be changed sector-wise. So we request you to avoid any circumstance.
If any tourist spot is not covered which falls on closing day & if you want to do the
Same next day then you have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.
Kindly maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will be advisable by our executive.
The above itinerary is a suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same. Check in and Check out Timing of the Hotels will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels. Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour. Company is not responsible nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour. Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.
No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon the availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotels are not up to your expectations. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. is to be borne by you which is directly payable on the spot.
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.
Refunds will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only. ** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UN UTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY BE THE REASON.
Cancelation has to be sent to us by Mail/Fax.
Only Communication Charges Rs.2000 per Person 30 or More Days Prior To Departure
30-15 Days Prior To Departure : 30% Of Tour Cost Will Be Charged As Cancelation Fees.
14-07 Days Prior To Departure : 60% Of Tour Cost Will Be Charged As Cancelation Fees.
07-01 Days Prior To Departure : 100% Of Tour Cost Will Be Charged As Cancelation Fees.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible effort to minimize the cancellation charges.
